A cynical and world-weary cat who resides next door. Winston is a pragmatist who prefers napping in sunbeams to any form of exertion. He initially finds Suki's dramatic antics tiresome but grows to have a grudging affection for the little dog, becoming her unlikely confidant and ally. He is gruff on the outside but possesses a hidden well of wisdom and loyalty.
