Comitia Creator Policy
1. Purpose
This Creator Policy explains the responsibilities of creators who publish, share, or commercialize content on Comitia.
2. Creator Responsibilities
Creators are responsible for ensuring that their content complies with applicable law, the Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, AI Content Policy, and this Creator Policy.
- Publish content responsibly
- Respect other creators and users
- Avoid infringing copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other rights
- Review AI-generated content before publishing
- Respond appropriately to legitimate reports or platform requests
3. Rights and Ownership
Creators generally retain ownership of their content, unless otherwise agreed. By publishing content on Comitia, creators grant Comitia a limited, non-exclusive license necessary to operate, display, distribute, protect, and promote the Service.
4. Publishing Standards
Creators must not publish content that violates Comitia policies, including illegal, harmful, deceptive, infringing, sexually exploitative, or ad-policy-violating content.
5. Commercialization and Creator Programs
Comitia may offer creator programs, platform IP programs, sponsorships, advertising opportunities, or other commercialization features. Specific terms, eligibility, revenue sharing, payment timing, and rights scope may be defined in separate agreements or program rules.
6. Advertising and Monetization Restrictions
Not all content is eligible for advertising or monetization. Comitia may restrict or disable monetization for content that violates policies, creates brand-safety concerns, infringes rights, misleads users, or fails to meet advertising partner requirements.
Creators must not encourage artificial ad clicks, invalid traffic, or any manipulation of ad impressions, engagement, or revenue.
7. Review, Takedown, and Enforcement
Comitia may review creator content through automated systems, human review, user reports, or partner requirements. If content violates applicable policies, Comitia may remove content, restrict visibility, disable monetization, issue warnings, suspend accounts, or terminate accounts.
8. Appeals
Creators may submit an appeal if they believe a moderation or monetization decision was made in error. Comitia will review appeals within a reasonable period.
