Comitia AI Content Policy

1. Purpose

This AI Content Policy explains how users may use Comitia’s AI features and how Comitia reviews, restricts, or removes AI-generated content that violates applicable policies.

2. Nature of AI-Generated Content

AI-generated content may contain errors, unexpected elements, inconsistencies, or similarities to existing content. Users must review all outputs before publishing, sharing, or commercializing them.

3. User Responsibility

Users are responsible for the prompts they submit, the content they upload, the outputs they choose to publish, and the legal and policy compliance of their content.

4. Prohibited AI Uses

Users must not use Comitia’s AI features to create, request, publish, or distribute:

Illegal content or instructions for illegal activity
Child sexual exploitation content or sexualized depictions of minors
Hate, harassment, threats, or violent extremist content
Non-consensual sexual content, sexual deepfakes, or nude deepfakes
Content that directly imitates or infringes another creator’s work, protected character, trademark, or copyrighted material
Misleading impersonation of real individuals, companies, creators, or brands
Deceptive manipulated media that misleads users about real-world events, public issues, or a person’s actions
Content that promotes self-harm, suicide, serious injury, or dangerous acts
Content created primarily to manipulate advertising revenue or bypass platform policies

5. AI Content Review and Moderation

Comitia may use automated systems, human review, safety filters, and user reports to detect and address policy-violating AI-generated content.

Comitia may reject prompts, block generation requests, remove outputs, restrict visibility, disable monetization, suspend accounts, or take other appropriate action when necessary.

6. Labeling and Transparency

Where appropriate, Comitia may identify content as AI-generated or require users to disclose when content is AI-generated, sponsored, manipulated, or otherwise likely to affect user trust.

7. Advertising and Monetization Eligibility

AI-generated content may be reviewed for advertising eligibility. Content that violates this policy, Community Guidelines, Terms of Service, or advertising partner requirements may be ineligible for ads or monetization.

8. Appeals

Users may submit an appeal if they believe content was restricted or removed in error. Comitia will review appeals within a reasonable period.
